1. About Inki

Inki is an independent art studio creating illustrated products including, but not limited to:

  • Fridge magnets

  • Vinyl stickers

  • Art prints

  • Stationery

  • Lifestyle accessories

  • Other products that may be introduced from time to time

Our website is hosted on Shopify.

 

 

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You are using this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

 

 

3. Products

Every Inki product begins as an original illustration and is produced in carefully managed batches.

Because colours vary between screens and devices, the colours you see online may differ slightly from the physical product.

Minor variations in print placement, texture or finish are considered part of the production process and are not defects.

We reserve the right to:

  • discontinue products

  • change prices

  • update product descriptions

  • limit quantities purchased

  • refuse orders where necessary

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

 

 

5. Orders

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse any order

  • cancel suspected fraudulent orders

  • limit unusually large purchases

  • cancel duplicate or reseller orders

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Inki never stores your complete debit or credit card details.

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays caused by weather, courier operations, customs, strikes or other events beyond our control may occasionally occur.

belongs to Inki unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, sell or distribute our content without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or intellectual property.

 

 

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the website for unlawful purposes

  • interfere with the website's security

  • upload malicious software
